Do I really need Artificial Intelligence to solve my problem?

AI allows us to solve problems that software alone hasn't been good at solving in the past but that doesn't make it the silver bullet for every business problem.

Broadly speaking, AI comes in when processes are not solely based on rules or when there is lots of variation (dozens of if-then rules) which would make rule-based automation unattractive.

A good indicator whether AI should be applied is when you have already tried other ways to automate somethings and it ended up not working because there was too much data to deal with OR the complexity had to be handled by humans. Specifically to our case, this is when you are working with media like text, images, or documents.

Do I need data to start using the platform?

You can get started without any data and build your dataset as you go. We have an integrated labeling system as well as several pre-trained models that you can use immediately.
